The criticism of BDP is warranted, but you have to at least give him credit for picking up on Florida selling out on field goals for the block. They worked on it all week and used it.

Peveto isn't playing on the field? Neither are the coaches of successful special teams.

Pulling a rabbit out of your ass every blue moon doesn't excuse 90 percent of the time the special teams fucking up. LSU statistically has the worst special teams in all of FBS. That's inexcusable and warrants a pink slip. Like Mike Detellier said, hope he didn't buy and he is just renting.

Kickoffs were better and the punt return was on the punter outkicking the coverage with a long low kick. There was a chip in the back on it as well. Still not good lanes, but it happens on that type of kick.

Don't we have another Auzzie backing up Keehn? Time to burn his shirt.

Peveto is also coaching the linebackers. Why is this going on? Why is Steele acting like the head cheese and not actually coaching linebackers, I thought that was his specialty. This could be one of the reasons we are seeing poor coverage from this unit.

I would imagine Steele spends a good bit of time with the LB's.

Come on! It is not the LB's or the DB's that look so bad. It is the lack of a Dline. They are not the same as the great pass rushing, run stopping units of the past. We lost a lot of juniors for two seasons to the NFL and we have never recovered. The group of recruits we have coming in the next two years will bring back the glory. The reason our D has looked so good in the past is our front four were amazing for nearly a decade. Nice to have some of them leading the way on special teams as well.
