I would have a really hard time getting past his being an asshole. I used to cringe sometimes when Saban was interviewed, too--but he's not nearly as slimy as Petrino (though he did lie about not going to Alabama; however, if we want Herman, he, too, will have to lie about it for a while.) If I recall correctly, Skip interviewed Petrino when Saban left and reportedly, Petrino was a huge, entitled jerk in the interview and blew any chance at the job.

i live in the louisville area and have since 1993 and have watched petrino's career, including both his stints at louisville. petrino is a steaming pile of dogshit. simple as that
