I was deeply troubled upon learning that Tony's Seafood was operated by dagos. Crawfish and catfish just taste better when you buy from a coonass.

Come on!!! Both the dagos and coonasses have contributed heavily to the great food in La., as have the Carribeans, Creoles, native Americans (indian tribes), African culture. IT'S ALL GOOD!!! (I just had to say that. I never do, its a new term for this old dog, but it seemed to fit that spot sooooo well! :) )

Well, my rankings are changing up a bit, thanks in large part to LSUTIGA'S generosity. He sent me two cans -- a T-Boy's and a Slap Yo Momma.

After a week or so of testing, here's my final rankings:

    1. T-Boys
    2. Konriko
    3 (tie) Tony's & Slap Ya Momma

Now the weird thing is that Slap Ya Momma is notably better on popcorn than the others. I've done four tests to verify this.

Glad you're enjoying it- I didn't know if you'd like it any better, but I couldn't see it being any less desirable.

Let me know when you need some more......there's also a "Garlic" blend if you like garlic. :thumb:

Tiga- My redneck husband LOVES the T-Boys. So far we've made ribs, tenderloin, steak, kabobs, potatoes, eggs and veggies. Is there any thing this stuff doesn't taste good on??

    Thanks again!

hubby just spent 10 days in nola and i made him bring me back some of the spicier tony's.

either he, or both of us, are supposed to go back to nola to take care of some things for several days again in a couple of weeks. i may make a new shopping list and put some of the other seasonings on it.
