Re: Drayton Calhoun commits to LSU I see this guy possibly playing on both sides of the ball. Everydown DB with some sprinkling of trick plays on offense (ala how we use Holliday), also a return specialist.
Re: Drayton Calhoun commits to LSU Calhoun is expected to enroll early, and I think we use that time to figure out his true position. He could be a great slot WR, but if he has the ball skills & is physical enough, I see him at CB.

Re: Drayton Calhoun commits to LSU I definitely agree it will be nice to see him enroll early for the very fact you allude to. If LSU does indeed end up with 2 wideouts in this class, it will be nice to have a versatile both sides of the ball player like Calhoun. We are deep at DB in terms of numbers from last year's class, so it isn't a definite that we place him at DB.
