    The Houston Astros just clinched their 3rd straight American League West championship behind George Spring's 3 home runs and one by Alex Bregman as Justin Verlander notched his 20th win and probably the AL Cy Young. With 6 games left in the regular season they are 102-54 and a half game in front of the New York Yankees for the home field advantage in the playoffs.

    I though Houston had no chance when they lost the first two at home. Now they are on the verge of going back home with a 3 - 2 lead. Go figure.
