    Seems like a process. I dont do well with those. KISS is the acronym to live by. Start putting in too many "steps" and I will screw it up.

  8. I was just getting started really, it ended up great. did a crab boil as well, found great live crabs in Metarie. Was going to go to Westwego , but somebody told me about this other place.

  10. Yes, I am. I was in New Orleans the last 2 weekends, once on business, the other for a wedding. Im there quite a bit.
