"Culture" and "Chemistry" are intertwined. If you're selling a program on its record of advancing players to the pros, you're promoting a culture of selfishness. A locker room full of selfish players is hardly an atmosphere that promotes good chemistry.
I honestly don't think Gilbert returns. I think he will transfer and that is the end. No way after this, does he return to the same locker room and face the same teammates. I think he will bail in the offseason. We'll see

If there's one ounce of truth to the numbers being reported, then it's time for a complete house cleaning. Woodward needs to meet with the TAF fat cats & find out just how committed they are to the LSU Athletic programs. If Woodward does indeed clean house I wonder if Nick would think about one final challenge before he retires?
There's a poster on TOS (tigerbaitlawyer) who has credible sources on the inside that know what's going on. He's been 100% accurate in the things he has posted before they occur. He doubts that TAF can come to the rescue because of debt incurred from financing the expansions (didn't say which ones). He says Woodward has a case for firing O for cause & then saying "Sue us Ed." I think the next 2 - 4 weeks are going to be very, very interesting.
