Ensminger knows our personnel. Bring in a big time OC let E assist him and see what happens. One of the hardest things for any new coordnator is gettingn to know his players and their capabilities.
I genuinely don't understand this. It seems to me that mechanics, footwork, arm motion, etc., are the same now as they were ten or 15 years ago. If you could teach it then, I don't see why you can't teach it now. Now, I don't know if Ensminger can teach it. But, neither do you. But, I would be very surprised, given his playing the position and the rest of his background, if he doesn't know the material.
