Until they lose to someone, then yeah.

And according to the newest BCS rankings, we're only the 8th best team. Harsh.

They are undefeated playing in the same conference as us. Until we beat them I will rank them above us. I ranked undefeated UCLA lower than us because I believe we too would have been undefeated with that schedule and most likely not needed as many miraculous comebacks.

Agreed, but is this a power ranking or a top 25? If we're talking about who I think the best teams are then I'm going to move Michigan into the top 15, Florida up some, etc. But it is a top 25 and Bama hasn't lost yet, so they get the nod.

    100 3-4 UL Monroe
    104 3-5 UL Lafayette
    107 2-5 N Texas

These ratings are based on W/L and strength of performance.

Penn St lost to Michigan by 2 points. Ohio St lost to Texas by 3 points and to Penn St by 7. Michigan lost to Notre Dame by 7, and Wisconsin and Minnesota by 3. No embarassing losses there.

LSU averages 15.63 points better than their opponent's average point spread, with a negative point spread only against UT. Alabama and UCLA both have one game with a negative point spread (they are also undefeated), but all the other teams have no negative games, meaning they are better than each of their opponent's average opponent.
