Thanks for some clarity Bhelm. Most of us are chomping at the bit right now about this unsettled issue, LOL.

orgerons a fucking head case. but it may be the right time to get him on multiple levels.

i just see no way les takes on this dude. same reason i gave in the qb discussion. too much uncertainty for les.

We have seen it many times…We could get any of these names above as DC or someone not on the list. Agents are doing their job right now. I wouldn't be surprised if we have another thread with 4 different names. I do however feel that Pendercrast and Shoop are serious candidates more than the others but that could change based on interviews, etc…

As for Ogeron, Chavis was the main reason we never gave him consideration in the past…I think we keep Brick as DL coach. Maybe he comes in with another title but I am doubting that. Coach O may want to be a DC and I don't think we offer him that spot either.

If we keep Brick, we only have one spot left to fill which is DC unless we lose another coach to NFL or college promotion elsewhere. We could shift a current staff member to administration as well to make room if we felt it was necessary to add 2 new coaches.

Don't have a good feel for what we would pay but I would think somewhere in the $1M range. Don't see anything above what Chavis was making which was around $1.3. Need to have incentives to reach that point or higher.

I think you are right. Then again I never thought Saban would hire Kiffin. Ed is still nutty but he's changed with age. He's more emotional than unstable and more focused than just gatling gun.
