The Hogs stunk it up and were really bad. However, I'm not sure anybody in the SEC would have beaten UGA Saturday night. I'm big enough to take my licks, been going to Hog games since 1966. Good luck against our old hated SWC rival Texas in the Cotton Bowl.
I kind of look at the SECC game like I look at our AU game. Get off to a terrible start and it is hard to recover... The Hogs aren't as bad as they looked and UGA is not as good. I am still shocked we are in the Cotton Bowl instead of the Hogs. Arky did beat us and was on a tear at the end of the season. Pure Politics in my mind. Unfortunately for the SEC, UGA got screwed and has to play a crappy team in their bowl game so they don't get to prove their strength to the nation. I am sure that they are bitter (more so than UT fans) that they can't beat up on someone in the top 10.
