(AP) - LSU runner Drew Lambert Haro admitted to public drunkenness and fleeing a police officer, and paid $410 in fines before police released him. Haro -- who was in the weekend SEC Outdoor Track meet at Fayetteville, Arkansas -- entered guilty pleas at an arraignment before Springdale District Judge Stan Ludwig. At one point, the judge told Haro "No wonder you guys lost the track meet. You can't even outrun a Springdale cop." LSU finished fourth behind Arkansas, Tennessee and Florida. Springdale police arrested Haro after officers were called to the Hampton Inn. The caller told police a man wearing an LSU running suit and a sheet was banging on a door and trying to get into the hotel. When Officer Timothy Proctor approached Haro, he fled. The officer caught up with him, arrested him and took him to the city jail.
How was the sheet being worn I wonder... If it was "his bottoms" then I have a feeling he was doing something else in the hotel room.
