So Yasser Arafat has officially been pronounced dead (as per Fox News). So does anyone think this will help the peace process over there or will this just spawn a series of violent attacks? I'm really curious as to what is going to happen.
yeah they won't shut up for the last hour about him finally being dead. prolly be used as an excuse for increased bombings the same way 'insurgents' used us as an excuse.
A well known person died. Why do any of you care? None of you even live in Israel. You likely do not even know people there. Why not post information about a random person that died?
Damnit martin got control of my pc. It depends on who takes control in his place really.... It could be someone dedicated to peace.... or it could be an extremist dedicated to more of the same. What great luck for Israel for the guy to pass away of natural causes. Knowing they wanted to just bomb him straight to hell long ago if not for the turmoil it would have caused.
hey that is pretty funny. i get it. the difference is that arafat is newsworthy, and is an integral part of the world's biggest problem right now. maybe 800 thousand trillion times more important than edward's wife, who isnt even going to die. that said, it still doesnt really matter, the power vacuum will probably be filled with someone just as wretched. both sides are miserable bastards who deserve evey killing they inflict on each other. so in a sense you are correct. it probably doesnt matter one bit.
I am not Jewish, but that's really undeserving of the Jewish people living in Israel. Believe me, if it weren't for the Palestinians with their terrorists attacks on innocent Jewish civilians, then their wouldn't be retaliations from Israel. Even then, the Israeli government doesn't indescriminately bomb innocent Palestinians.
