That reverse by Carter was something else. Nobody I was with thought Carter had any chance at taking that to the house so many players for Miss. St. had angles but Carter went in untouched. Maybe he was pissed about his lack of pt since his dropped pass at AZ ST.

He is one of those guys like skyler that you just have to find a way to get him the ball at least a couple times during the game and I think he may develope into a real game breaker but you have to learn to catch it first.

If he could figure out how to hang on to the ball I think he would get his number called more often.

With his speed and the way the guys on Tigervision talked about how physical he is, I was wondering if he wouldn't be better at CB. We're stacked at WR and he's shown some hard hands at times.

Did he play a down againt Tennessee last week? I don't remember. If not then clearly this is bizarre.

I was watching the MSU game on TigerVision and after he scored I left the room for a second and the other guy I was watching the game with said that one of the announcers said that Carter was the fastest guy on the team.

The other announcer said 'I think there is one other human being that is faster than Carter.'

Carter did not play against Tenessee

He has world class speed and was a tremendous track star in college

He is very very fast but I wouldn't call him physical at all.

I thought that was Early on the reverse.
Now that I'm thinking about it was Carter, b/c I remember an 80 on the jersey or 80 something.

Well, I feel stupid b/c I commented on the play on another topic but said it was Doucet on the reverse.

If there would've been a spy on JR, it might not have been a TD for Carter. If you noticed, JR turned around watching the reverse and started running to the right b4 the reverse happened. JR gave the play away, thankfully no one noticed.

That dude Keith Brown for Bama looked pretty freaking fast too. Did you see the quick slant that Croyle threw to him and he split the defense for a TD, outrunning everyone.

I'm telling you LSU needs to do more 3 step drops quick passes and let the WR's loose.

To me the Carter reverse is up there w/ the Devery's screen against UK in 2002 im sure everybody remebers the play he made later in that game and then Skylers underneath screen against ARK in 2002. Just flat out speed making things happen.

I doubt any team would ever put a spy on JR, it's not like he is Vince young. And I think he was looking for someone to hit on that reverse when he turned that way.
