Would you rather have an offensive or defensive coach?

If we can keep Muschamp, then i want an offensive coach. No matter how bad our offense played this year our defense bailes us out. I want to be able to rely on our defense. I also love the way our defense plays, losing Muschamp will get rid of the past couple years of how we played defense. I could only dream of getting Norm Chow. Imagine that offense with our previous defense.

SaBAN RAN THE DEFENSE. mUSCHAMP JUST SIGNALED IN THE PLAYS. wE NEED AN OFFENSIVE MINDED COACH IF WE GET RID OF JIMBO. WE NEED A DEVENSIVE MINDED IF WE KEEP HIM. Sorry about the shouting.

Defense....just like saban was a defensive coach....why did we win the national championship....? Defense was why, the defense showed up every game even some of the florida game....

no but Muschamp still knows the defense so he could be the defensive cordinator. My point is I want LSU to keep Muschamp so we will still have that style of play.

    Defense

    Defense, defense defense.

Let somebody else run the offense but have a good defensive team and you're in every game. I don't want to win or lose games with the score 56-55 like Boise St.

Just like last season proved, "offense wins games, but defense wins championships". I've always been partial to a great defense over a great offense. Give me a great defense with a solid running game and a passing attach that has the ability to go vertical once in awhile, and I'll take that any day over the 600+ yard passing games of Texas Tech-type teams that have no defense and give up 500+ yards a game..

I'd like to land a defense-first type of coach and retain Jimbo. But if land soemone who's main niche is offense, then I hope to retain Muschamp.

WE lost more on offense than we did on defense and look how we struggled this year. You have to have solid at both to win a championship. I know we won 9 games but we still struggled to win them.
