What are the Skills, Attributes, Knowledge and Experience that makes people like Bob Stoops and Saban great coaches? I'm sure that the professional search firm that LSU has hired has a decision matrix all planned out (don't they)? If the search committee and Skip do this next hire correctly, why shouldn't we get somebody very much like Saban? For example, the most important trait that I think Saban had was the fact that he works lots of hours . . . he out-works his competition. High-Zinger thinks Saban is "very smart", so perhaps intelligence is extremely important, too. What do ya'll think?
