Bah! It would be an unnecessary law in addition to unconstitutional. It ain't like this happens a lot. What needs to happen is for singers to just lose work for doing something like this. We don't need a new law to cover every doofus in the country. What a waste of Congress' time.

And you have argued for both sides at the same time. Are you trying to say something?

Look this lady can sing anything she wants to in most circumstances. But she had a verbal contract to sing a particular song, which she broke. They should sue her and be done with it.

What happens when someone decides to play Dixie and raise the Confederate flag? Do you think the same people would call it artistic expression?

Once again everybody thinks they're a victim and decides to take action by trying to "CHANGE" because they're constantly told they're being kept down by the man and that "HOPE" will see them through.

    Whatever...

If they wanted to sing Dixie and raise a Confederate flag at my house...I'm fine with that. I wouldn't expect them to do it at the state capital building though..especially during a formal ceremony that had nothing to do with the Confederacy.

I also have a long and proud family heritage. But I suppose singing the Viking National Anthem would be politically incorrect, too.

even if you have to get there, wait for the question and answer at the very end.
