seems this speaks volumes. i was hoping it was first game blunders but now im 100% worried . my stomach has this uneasy feeling about a long year and 56-55 scoring games.
Tirk, I agree 100%:thumb: I don't feel comfortable at all. The guys want to be aggressive in their schemes and blitzes but Pelini wants it simple and plain. No I don't expect Pelini to come out and admit that my schemes were bad for ASU but it is definitely apparent that he is not going to change his scheme and his style at all after hearing his comments. Many along with Pelini are saying the Defense dropped 2 interceptions and that would have turned the game around plus the defense wasn't executed properly. That is BS. Suppose they intercepted twice, we weren't guaranteed points with those. What about the other 54 passing attempts? With those 54 attempts LSU is last in passing defense out of 119. Yeah this sh!t works great.
So daniels went to Pelini and told him to put pressure on the Wr's that last drive. When players can scheme better than the coach, that worries me...........A LOT!!!!!!:dis:
if you got the info about Daniels telling Pelini to put more pressure from Tiger Bait, can you give the quote? Also this is the worst sign that I have seen so far...players questioning coaches ability.
also on a sentimental note, Im pissed our consecutive game streak with at least one sack is over. I forgot how many games it was. maybe we can start a new one with blocked punts/kicks. hell 1 in a row was a record.
