The Frogs are starting to get a little play and guess who they will nudge aside if they go undefeated? Here's what Gene Wojo (not even going to try to spell that last name) says at ESPN,com:
Winners of BCS conferences are guaranteed a BCS bowl berth. Think 2001 sugar. We were not even ranked in top 10 and still got in cause we won the SEC. If you're talking at-large though.. TCU could present a problem for us getting in if we lose one of our last 4. Losing a game this late would hurt a ton anyway.. pollsters and media seem like they'll be quick to drop LSU if we lose. We just don't have that Miami/FSU poll resiliency yet.
Hell, I think they could lose any of their remaining games. SMU has to win sometime right? Well, maybe not, but go mustangs!
Cincinnati won't be that easy for them today. If they were a true BCS contender, I don't think anyone would question their ability to win out over Cincy, USM and SMU.
TCU fan base will be the issue For their big home game against Louisville, they STILL had empty seats in their stadium. After the NC, the bowls DO pay attention to the traveling fan base. TCU can't touch us there. In any event, I'm still holding out hope for some Sugar in N.O. GEAUX TIGERS!
Maybe if it's not too late, our girls soccer team can schedule a game with them and they can bet 'em.
