    The guy has a great season last year, tanks some this year, and now they want to fire him.

    Go figure. Maybe Butch Davis can add his name to the Ole Miss hot sheet as well.

    yeah right, they'd have a better chance at hiring Geena Davis and no, they won't fire him.

    The word around here is that he's most likely gone...they say he was pretty much hired so Ole Miss could sign Eli. Eli's gone so Cutcliffe will be too...pretty sad actually.

    You went 4-7 at Ole Miss, what did you expect 2nd best in your half of the conference more that once every 39 years? How often does Ole miss have a 10 win season? They should name the state after Cutcliffe!!!!!!!!!!!

    Word is that the Mannings will donate 7 figs to UM next year, and that they may pull the plug if Cutcliff is fired.

    Geena Davis did play in that movie "A League of Their Own", so she does have some experience with sports. I think she would do just fine at Ole Miss.

    Any school, including LSU, that does this is low life scum. Consideration to fire Coach Cutcliff and any talk that Coach Shula may also be fired is unexcusable with limited scholarships and loosing all of those skilled players.
