With heavyweight hitters like Auburn, Florida, LSU and Tennessee (all of whom have national titles or undefeated records in the last eight seasons), not to mention national power Georgia, serving as gleaming league posterboys, the SEC has become the measuring stick to which all other conferences are compared.
