Where do you get this silly notion that I'm supposed to wave a white flag and congratulate you every time you make a point? Do you have some puerile need for my approval? You are a persistent debater and you make good points all the time. If I choose to let one stand without challenge, then you've made your point. Do you want a friggin' medal? Get real. You keep getting hung up on some kind of strange notion that I (never you) must apologize and admit defeat whenever you make a good point. Tell me, who does that? Anybody? So I try to defuse it with some humor and it just incenses you and brings on this ridiculous rage. If you don't want to debate me, then just don't debate me. No one is putting a gun to your head.
I guess that explains why so many here come off as rude and intellectually dishonest. I appreciate all who treat FSA as a discussion between friends rather than a winner takes all contest, not to say the later doesn't provide entertainment and challenge. No one likes to admit when they are stumped on a point. But I cant stand the personal mud slinging, which alot of people resort to. Even myself sometimes, its a natural reaction, but too much is too much.
