Why was Mauck still in the game at the end of the 4th?

    According to the announcers, Saban was yelling at Mauck to use EVERY second before snapping the ball.

    saban is a nfl minded coach.

    and nfl coaches always play startering qb's till the end.

    evidence - peyton manning (no matter who the coach is in nfl) takes every snap from center the ENTIRE YEAR.
