Probably because its a lot easier to bomb a busload of average people going about their business than to bomb the limo of a well guarded politician or rich businessman. Bombing a bus kills dozens of men, women and children. Bombing a limo only kills 5 or 6. Maybe these animals are so stupid that they really believe that the women and children on the busses are more their enemies than the politicians in the limos
A friend of mine named Ken has dual American and Israeli citizenship. He lives in Florida now but at one time he lived in Israel. Not long after he moved to Israel he and his daughter who was 5 or 6 years old at the time were confronted on the street by an Arabic person who Ken at first assumed was a mugger. Ken, being experienced in hand to hand combat moved away from his daughter in order to separate her from the ensuing fight. An Israeli cop happened upon the scene before it came to a head and busted the assailant. The cop, being a veteran of such confrontations told Ken that the whole purpose of the attacker was not to kill or rob Ken but to create separation between Ken and his daughter so that he could kill the little girl.
