Who picks up the Clayton/Bowe torch...

    as the physical receiver who can also block downfield?

    Lafell isn't a big physical reciever but there are several more options.

    Agree but he'll be one of our biggest at 6'3 194. (Of course that's what he's listed as, don't know what true wt. is but I saw Dixon at 6'2 237????) I'm just guessing though.

    Well, I remember thinking that Clayton wasn't big enough either. Clayton always looked sorta "rail-thin"--but he played like he weighed 220.

    LaFell might surprise you--but I don't think of LaFell as a possession WR just yet. He's more of a deep threat at this point.

    ricky dixon is real big...

    was a TE in some formations in high school. He is probably your guy

    He also from what I heard last has a 320 bench max.

    i think early will be the man next year. he can be used like josh reed. man makes tough cathes and runs good routes. should be interesting.

    early and lafell are gonna be great next year, esp. if jamarcus comes back. it will be interesting to see the PT between the 06 class and the 07 class. hopefully the mitchells and dixon develop and we can redshirt some 07s. hopefully richard dickson will emerge and prove to be one of our better TEs in recent memory.
