Personnaly I don't think they can win it but I've got to pull for the Gamecocks because of the SEC. I can't see them getting by either Cal State Fullerton or Stanford.
UT fans are the absolute worst. The mild ones are worse than the worst LSU fans. I know one decent longhorn fan, and that's only cause she's hot. Fullerton fans are pretty whiny too. Talk about an SEC bias. WahWah the stats dont lie. How many CWS apearences does the SEC hold in the last 19 years. More than anyone else. How many ncs...more than anyone else. Also best conference winning percentage.
Re: Fullerton is close to the Fender factory. Is that the Fender guitar factory, a factory that makes fenders for automobiles or a factory owned by legendary Tex-Mex rocker Freddy Fender? I'll be pulling for South Carolina but I don't think they can pull it off. If they don't make it I'll be pulling for Rice. Rice is a small school with very high entrance requirements that can barely compete with even the mid majors in Division 1A football but they have put together a hell of a baseball program in the last few years. Prediction: Cal State Fullerton over Texas in game 3 of the finals.

No offense to any A&M fans that might be here on the board but in my experiences they have often been VERY disrepectful to LSU. For this reason I have jumped to the Longhorns side of that fence. They arent my favorite team or anything but I pull for the horns on some occasions.
