I would think a game with the #7 and #16 teams would be in the running... or will they go with the undefeated Texas teams (UT and TT)... or none of the above?
LSU is kinda owed a game... plus you have the storyline here still.. first night game in tiger stadium this late in the year... big sec rivalry... plus the game will be on espn..
They'll probably go to UT-TT. If LSU beats Auburn and Bama beats UT, they'll definately go to Bama-LSU.
Well, I wouldn't count on them "owing us a game" for much, but they do enjoy coming down to Baton Rouge & are looking for a game to come for. It comes down to what other options they have & is a week by week thing. Also, I'm not sure how much say the crew gets in the matter.
As much as I hate the 'Horns this has to be the worst game ever to be the site of Gameday. This game will not even be close. UT wins by 3 TDs minimum. What a waste.
I agree with you on the game, but Tech is top 10 and undefeated thanks to their terrible schedule. But this is definitely not the worst site ever. Didn't they go to an Army game last year? They don't come to Austin very often and Texas is #2 this year, so I don't think it's that bad of a deal that they're coming here.
austin provides a great scene for gameday. But I agree the recent in this history is very bad for Texas Tech, and I don't see it changing this weekend.
