ESPN is all over USC, saying all they need to do is win out and they are gauranteed a NC spot. While CFBnews.com is saying if we win out, we jump USC in the BCS, and go to New Orleans. CFBnews has us projected in the Sugar bowl in their most very recent bowl projections...

I know no one can predict this crazy thing and all (except maybe ramah...:) )

But the thing that gets me and led me to post this is that I am bewildered by the inconsistency of these major coverers of college football. How in the world can these experts be so different in their opinions? I guess thats just the BCS for you.

One of them is right and one is wrong...lets hope CFBnews is the more intelligent of the two.

LSU & USC race to a #2 AP/ESPN poll ranking by Dec 9, that's only 2 more thrilling weeks to go. USC had an 85 point AP poll lead after the BAMA game. It may be stretched to over 100 points after tonight. That translates into a whole lotta arse whippin LSU has to put on somebody to catch up ... and 2 games to do it in ...
