    1 01 Ohio St
    2 02 USC
    3 04 Florida
    4 06 Louisville
    5 08 Boise St

    I'd consider:
    03 Michigan
    05 LSU

    Possible popular outcry:
    07 Wisconsin
    09 Arkansas
    10 Notre Dame
    12 Oklahoma
    17 Wake Forest
    21 BYU
    10-3 Houston

top 10 in the BCS standings.. BSC automatics (have to be in top 16), no more than 2 from any conference... thats 4 weeks of kickass football...

    For your consideration...
Assuming winners this week: florida, louisville, usc, wvu

    Autos
    USC
    Florida
    OSU
    Louisville
    Wake Forest
    Oklahoma

At-large comes from the bcs rankings, no picking or special crap for indepedents... (wisconsin and auburn are not eligible)

    Michigan
    LSU
    Boise St.
    Notre Dame

Seeding is determined my BCS RANKING, not by conference champions. Bottom 4 teams play a wildcard round while the top 6 take a break for a week.

Tourney goes as thus, I'll pick the winners.. :)
Week 1 (Top seed hosts game)
#10 Wake Forest vs. #7 Boise St.
#9 Oklahoma vs. #8 Notre Dame

Week 2 (Bowl Sites, top seed takes their traditional bowl site, unless it is already taken. In that case, they get the next pick.)
#9 Oklahoma vs. #1 OSU (Rose)
#5 LSU vs. #4 Florida (Sugar)
#6 Louisville vs. #3 Michigan (Lost Rose, Picks Orange)
#10 Wake Forest vs. #2 USC (Lost Rose, Picks Fiesta)

Week 3 (Bowl Sites, Chosen on rotating basis, 2 years in semis, one as final, then one year off. Orange has off year. Top seed goes to next year's host bowl)
#5 LSU vs. #1 OSU (Sugar)
#3 Michigan vs. #2 USC (Rose)

    Week 4
Championship Game #5 LSU vs. #2 USC (Fiesta)

    LSU National Champs! Woohoo!

If I made any mistakes, then.. oh well..

although it wouldn't benefit LSU this year, i'm in favor of a 4 team playoff.

    1-Ohio st
4- Florida (assuming they win), LSU if they lose

    2-USC (assuming they win)
    3-Michigan

throw ohio st/Fla in the sugar and USC/Michigan in the Rose and let the winners pplay for the NC in glendale.

if USC and Fla lost my seeds would look like this:

    1 ohio st
    4 Arkansas

    2 Michigan
    3 LSU

I would like a plan similar to this one. It rewards those who won their conferences and lets in a very few at-large teams. It's exclusive enough that the regular season still means something.
