I'm interested in the Bradys supporters opinions about this game and the next one. I want to hear what they have to say now, they seem to be busy somewhere doing something. Do they think 1 more year if we play bad or lose badly in the next game? Can we compete against an NIT team? There are some good teams out there we may have to play? Hmmm
THEY ARE ALL OUT OF BS AND EXCUSES - THE TANK IS EMPTY. PACK YOUR FRICKEN BAGS LOSERS - CHIME IN BRADY LOVERS...
once again you label LSU fans who said the jury was still out on Brady as 'fans' or 'supporters'. that is probably why no one responded. I have said all along that I think he deserves another year. This game proved that losing their leading rebounder and scorer was impossible to overcome. Why else do you think they were 17-4 before he went down? Now, onto today. Losing to SC by 21 was embarrassing after being up 16 points. Then the team went in the tank and couldnt hit the broadside of a barn. 3 of 14 Tack and Mitchell from 3 last I heard. Losing was expected when your star player goes down but the manner in which they lost has to be a concern. Now the NIT is inevitable simply by the final score of today. they had to at least play close to have a chance and couldn't do that. now that is my question....when u know your NCAA lives are on the line you cannot lose by 21 to any team nor should you. Complete embarrassment. Now the quesition for me remains....If Llorreda had stayed healthy, would we be having this conversation since LSU would have about 21 wins at this point. I can't overlook Llorreda's injury but I sure as hell don't like the outcome today.
QUote Losing was expected when your star player goes down but the manner in which they lost has to be a concern. This is where I've been since the Vandy and the 1st Auburn game Welcome........... As to the thing about my post is there are pro Brady supporters here and everyone knows it. I've said all along I'm not for or against him as a coach, I'll be honest and say I do like him as an individual but am not sure if he's right for the job and I haven't been sure for a while now. My post also references the posts for and against Brady a while back whether the name is right or not
anyone who is unsure as to where he stands in the coaching realm, definitely has to question losing in this manner today. Also, when you lose you have to address the problem you have by rubbing some fans the wrong way, right or wrong. the administration can now use that against him if they are deciding on making a decision since this affects ticket sales or lack of. If you are winning big, then it doesn't matter. Now, he has to face certain skeletons he wouldn't have to if they made the trny.
I'm a supporter of LSU program. We lost today & our young team has a lot to learn in the future. May I ask if it is your money who would you hire to replace coach Brady & how much you are willing to pay.
lets see... John Lucas Sr. Matt Dougherty Tom Penders Jim Calapari those are just a few names without researching it too much.
I'm a supporter of the LSU program as well. I don't know exactly about the money involved or who would be the proper person to fix things to be quite honest and open with you. I have nothing against Brady and like I said before I'm not exactly for or against him but am really leaning against him after today. I know the program is heading in the wrong direction IMO and with the higher number of players leaving the program than normal isn't a good thing. Having said that I would try and find a young bright coach or assistant coach out there with whatever Brady makes or whatever Budget would allow. If it was my team I would try an go after a coach like the guy from Gonzaga, having said that if he wouldn't leave I would start looking at coaches for some of the field of 64, teams in the tourney this year and at records of coaches and teams that are consistantly winning or in the tourney whether its a CUSA team or a WAC team, whatever.. I do think that there is no one out there syndrome to come to LSU is not correct. We are off probation now and I totally think that Skip and Emmert can do the job and find a Gem in the field out there. Out of all the college basketball programs, theres someone out there... To be honest I may get attacked for saying this but here goes.... I don't think we could do much worse than what has happened this year Bradys recruiting class for next year isnt' what it once was and with people leaving the program, we sure could've used some of those other guys today Let me say one other thing, Everyone talks about our record, well we didn't exactly play anybody OOC schedule, thats decieving. That record sure haven't helped us out today or the last month either...
