A lot better for the blood pressure. I don't watch much mainsteam news anymore, The flow of information assaulting our consciousness 24/7/365 keeps us at least peripherally aware of what's going on. You just have to set your mental filters on autopilot. There are more important things in the world to think about. Like how are you going to feel when the Astro sweep your Giants.
