I don't see any, outside of perhaps the quarterback from Texas Tech, BJ Symons, I think his name is...

Other than that, name ONE guy on an undefeated team that's bring his team to the next level, or ONE player that's keeping his team above water?

Kevin Jones at Virginia Tech? Perhaps, I guess...but they score on defense and special teams so much that their offense never really gets tested...

Does anyone have any suggestions for Heisman Trophy candidates?

Kevin Jones of Va Tech is pretty Solid... QB's at texas tech are products of their system (Which appears to be a pretty darn good system good night they put up numbers) Look at Kingsbury. All the records this guy is breaking are Kingsbury. Not that he is not good but once Kingbury got out of that system he was bunk (Did terrible in Senior games and NFL combines)

Plus Lubbock just does not get the press. I think Symons is a player but I think everyone is figuring out aside from my wife, anyone can put up huge numbers at TT in that system.

I think Jones at Va Tech is the front runner.

Living in Tennessee, we hear a lot about University of Tennessee. UT fans are speculating that their punter, Colquitt, could win! He is averaging just under 50 yards a punt and no one else has distinguished himself. They still feel that Peyton Manning was robbed and that they might be entitled to a Heisman. At this point in the season, they have only this and the Citrus Bowl to think about.

And he deserved it! I have a feeling Jason White is going to be in New York. I dont think he is the best in the country, but then, you dont have to be.
