So this isn’t the first time two sets of electors have been chosen and presented their credentials to Congress. I know it happened in 1876 when Louisiana did and it may have happened in 1860 and 1868 but I’m not sure. It is up to Congress to decide which to acknowledge. Also as I read it these Republican electors are being called provisional depending on outcomes of lawsuits and not competing. Regardless this attempt has a slightly better chance of success that the kraken suit brought by Texas.......maybe that of an iceberg on the surface of the sun.

That’s pitiful! I have read where both CNN and MSNBC are scrambling to come up with their plans/approach, post Trump. I believe they have good reason to be concerned.
