A good movie, but very sad,.. as Duke had lung cancer during the filming. He looked sick, and I think he died shortly thereafter.
The Karate Kid. Or The Empire Strikes Back. I wrote my first argumentative essay on why Mister Miyagi was wider than Master Yoda.
In no particular order theses are my top 3 at the moment. Pulp Fiction Wedding Crashers Shawshank Redemption
Too many to name but I'll start with these three then add..... Goodfellas Godfather The Departed The Hangover If you can't tell, I love gangster flicks. Oh, through in Casino while we're at it.
I don’t think I have a “Top 3” but three that always stick out in my head when someone ask me are: Indiana Jones series (those count as one right?) True Lies (I don’t know why but I love that movie) The Goonies Then if we are talking newer movies: Pirates Series (no not the porn the other one...though the porn is nice) The Hangover 300 There are a lot of movies that I love though...all the ones named in this thread could be on my "top 10" favs if I had to come up with one.
I love The Departed too…my favorite gangster movie is probably a tie between Mobsters and A Bronx Tale.
Yeah, impossible to choose but I found myself getting into the original Back to the Future recently when I stumbled upon it channel surfing. It came out when I was about 10-12 yrs old and watched it with my parents at the theater. I think they liked it as much as I did (at the time). Just figured I'd mention that one to pick something different.
I forgot to put Snatch in my top three…damn good movie. You mentioning Back to the Future made me think of some older ones that are great…like Ghostbusters. My ole lady is 6 years younger than me, it is amazing the list of movies that she hasn’t seen form that time period.
