    Stewed beef tips with gravy over egg noodles, creamed corn, and french bread.

    Stuffed pork chops browned in a magnalite and cooked in gravy, served over rice and black eyed peas.

    already working on tonight's dinner. i have baby back ribs slow cooking all day to be finished off and basted with sauce tonight. baked beans and garlic bread to go with the ribs will get made later on this afternoon. not sure what to have as a veggie though.

    We're having ribs, beans and garlic bread too! We grill ours first then throw them in the oven wrapped in saran wrap and aluminum foil. I'm thinking we may skip on the veggie but if he wants one I've got succotash in the freezer. They are so tender they fall off the bone! Yumm!!
