Today, the A.P. had a trophy presentation at USC. My questions are -- Since the inception of the BCS, has the A.P. ever given out another trophy? Is this trophy the same every year (like the Sears/ADT Trophy)? HAS THERE EVER BEEN A TROPHY PRESENTATION, or has the AP just sent the Trophy FedEx because NO ONE cared about the A.P. Trophy because EVERYONE realizes that the TRUE SYMBOL and TROPHY for the National Championship is the Sears/ADT Trophy? To me, this "A.P. trophy" is nothing more than a trophy from ANY ONE of the components of the BCS. I would love to know what the other BCS champions have done with their A.P. Trophy in the past. Are they displayed right next to the Sears/ADT Trophy or is it stuck in the basement because no one would know what the F it is for???
