went to both 97 florida and georgia 03. Georgia was so much louder. The only time the support went down just a little, was after the dropped passes in the first half. When georgia took that screen to the house, as soon as he crossed the endzone an lsu chant started. When David Greene came out hurt and DJ shockley came in and got sacked, it sounded like a fire alarm was going off inside my head.
first LSU game ever: 1988 Auburn, the quake game. Couldn't believe what I saw. I was a freshman at little ol Centenary who hopped in a car to the game primarily just to get hammered and try to score with the ladies. Been a surrogate tiger fan ever since :geauxtige
I was at 1997 FL and 2003 UGA. UGA was the loudest over a prolonged amount of time. However, the loudest I remember it getting was when Tennessee had the ball in overtime in 2000. It was deafening. LSU!
Loudest single moment -- The Earthquake game TD catch. Loudest game -- '79 Southern Cal . . . we wuz robbed.
