How is out there right now? Are our people waving the purple and gold in prep for the season or what? I'm asking b/c they are out here already. It's mostly Auburn, but there are some Bama fans starting. Just curious....
Heck, people haven't stopped wearing purple and gold since the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP. 2004 is just a continuation of 2003!:champs: :geaux:  :lsug:
Just Heard "Hey Fighting Tigers" on the TV Just Heard "Hey Fighting Tigers" on the TV and nearly broke my neck to get in there and see what it was. It was an advertisement "for all ya Tiger Gear" hawking LSU Goodies. Its funny that I had just read your post when I heard the tv from the other room.. I guess that is a sure sign that we are coming around the corner to football season.
Yeah I didn't notice if anyone has stopped wearing their LSU gear. If my gf would wash clothes a little bit faster, I'd have it on 7 days a week. She complains that it would just make our electric bill higher.
Yeah.. i still wear my lsu gear, but i always have... i annoy my gf by playing GBFTL music when she walks into the room are whistling the pregame music in restaurants.. heh DO DOOO DO DO
You definitely see more people wearing LSU clothing and having LSU bumper stickers etc. on their cars. As far as the season, I would describe the feeling as "wishful anticipation." Everyone recognizes how difficult a repeat would be, however, since we still have the talent and the coach, who knows ?
Awesome! I wish I was there to take part. I'm doing my share out here, but it's hard to compete with all the orange and blue. I think a repeat is possible....hard as hell, but possible. Damn I can't wait!
Hey, I called Sugar Bowl right after we lost in the Cotton Bowl. I have been Calling Orange Bowl since after the Sugar Bowl Victory. Yes we know it will be hard to repeat. But everyone on that team knows what it takes to win one and that they can't let up for one second. I feel we match up well against everyone we play. So I think we have a good shot if we do not let up. We gave a blueprint to the big 12 on how to beat Oklahoma. The question is if they can follow it. So it is USC vs. LSU in the Orange bowl for my pic. LSU comes out victorious again. VICTORY FOR LSU!
The barometer currently reads 30.003 and the relative humidity is 78 %. Oh, my bad, wrong atmosphere.
