Does Saban still pull JR if he has a hot hand? I know the plan is to bring Randall in after a few series, but I would hate to see JR pulled if he has 3 scoring drives to start the game.

no way he pulls him. he already said and showed he will do whatever it takes (to a limit) to win the game(s).

I don't think he pulls him either, but he says MR is the "starter"

I hope he learned from the Auburn game not to take out the guy with the hot hand.

I don't think that will be a problem again.

Now that we've answered that question, do you think Saban would pull Russell if he (literally) caught fire?:angryfire

I don't think you have to worry about that, Saban said he learned his lesson from the Auburn game. He won't pull the hot hand (so he says).

3 scoring drives in a row against the best defense in the nation?

I would settle for 3 drives in which an interception resulting in an easy TD for Alabama would not occur.

    LSU 9, Alabama 6
