Why hasn't anyone suggested that Kathleen Blanco is racist? She had more to do with the actual evacuation procedures and saving lives than W did and she is white. Just a thought...

Exactly! Since he doesn't need to get re-elected, he should have a press conference with about a week of build-up. And then talk about Condi and Powell, and then turn, and go, "Wait a minute, BOTH of you are negroes? OMG, I had no idea. You're both fired." Then, with his goofy chuckle, say, "I'm just playin'. I guess I'm NOT a racist, huh?"
i'm tired of the media looking at every thing through a political prism. Katrina was a national tragedy, and i find the political spinning and posturing utterly disgusting.
