What did I miss?

    I've been out of town for 2 weeks and it seems like I've missed some LSU related news. I've scoured the forums, and seem to have found that:

    1) AB is out for the season seems to be the biggest news.
    2) Amp Hill transfers out
    3) No big recruiting news in the last couple of weeks

    Anything else I should know?

    Urban Meyer cured breast cancer, alleviated world hunger, saved an endangered toad species in Central America, was given a seat on the United Nations Security Council, was granted International Diplomatic Immunity and a TOP 5 pre-season ranking (not Top 5 in Fla, Top 5 in the nation).

    Les Miles will not name a starting quarterback until a few days before the game. Russell seems to be getting most of the first-team reps and is everybody's best guess.

    NCAA is considering a proposal to cancel the '05 season since the media has already awarded the MNC to the USC Trojans. Coach Pete Carroll could not be reached for comment... :yelwink2:
