He will have to start losing to be just "one of the best" since he has already reached the pinnacle.

The different schools carries a lot of weight, too, in my eyes.

I've got Nick rated just a hair behind The Bear.

I've got him ahead. He has far fewer scholarships to work with and a lot more regulations.

Shoulda waited till he retired. Be petty if it benefits LSU. Of course, just owning it could work too. He was great for LSU, and O might finally have us back to that level.

Love him or hate him, Saban was a great coach here, and went on to prove that later. I think we were all bitter because of the way everything happened when he left... and more bitter when he turned bammer into a winning team. Honestly, I couldn't care less that he was inducted in any HOF... that fact doesn't change anything for me and doesn't affect me at all. But does he deserve to be there? Hell yes, I think he does.

He has no business in the La HOF until he has a toe tag in the morgue. Yes he won a NC and put LSU on the map but he only coached for 5 years. Ditching LSU like he ditched Michigan State for a big paycheck and sucked ass in Miami then goes to Bama and jacks all our top 4-5* ballers. Kicking our ass for almost a decade then La kissing his ass is insane. We need to find 7 of the biggest dudes on LSU and getem on the track and run-em. And when they all sweaty run em again! Then we need to get Nick and bend him over his Bama desk... well you know how it goes!
