Beyond Salt, Red and Black Pepper, Garlic, or Commercial Blends. I use Worcestershire Sauce, Jalapenos, and Thyme in lots of things. What are some of your "Standbys"?
Tony's "More Spice" seasoning, garlic salt, Worcestershire, Tabasco, seasoned salt, oregano, cumin, bay leaves, chilli powder, sage. That's about it.
I like paprika on baked chicken. I usually mix it with some garlic powder, black pepper, a little salt and some onion powder then rub it into the chicken. Comes out very nice.
Now I'm just wondering if I can even find it around here. For the longest time I had to go without Community Coffee and Popeyes.

Nice, thanks, just did. Got some more spice, creole seasoning, and some gumbo file. Figured I'd try the gumbo file since I just ran out of my zataran's a while back. Been wanting to make some good gumbo.
