    Individuals making under $75K and couples making less than $150K will see an extra $13.00 a week in their paychecks later this year.

    This recession is toast.

    I am confused by the language. It says single earners can earn up to 75,000 and couples can take in $150,000. Does that mean filing jointly? Because we file jointly, but I am a sole earner because my wife is a stay at home mom.
