Next year all College Coaches refuse to Coach the first game and go on strike until there is a National Playoff to settle it on the field.

We can still preserve the Bowls through the playoff system and they know it.

Missing classes just doesnt cut it as an excuse because Baseball players travel so much in the spring and miss 10 times the classes football players do.

Most schools are at Christmas break now when the games would be played.


What i wouldnt give to see the 4 teams in the top 4 play for it this year.

Well, a coaches strike is not the way to go about getting a playoff. It will never happen. I don't understand why they just don't take the 4 winners of the BCS bowls and have a 2 game playoff. This is the easiet way to preserve the lesser bowl games and ensure the regular season still counts. There would still be minor controversy as to who gets the at-large bids to the BCS games, but at least a champion would be decided on the field. What's so hard about doing this?
