Not only have we had a QB controversey but now we have a kicking controversey. Relax, folks, its not the end of the world. Auburn is really taking it to Tenn right now and JC is on fire. It maybe someone elses year this year but we will still have a good year with 2 or 3 losses, hopefully. I'm still happy with a bowl bid no matter what happens and kinks worked out for next year. We will be AWESOME next year if not then lets talk about the coaches. We only have 2 losses and will get better from here. Sit back and enjoy the football games, its football season. We've had worse years you know.  :thumb:
At least after next week, the rest of our season gets exponentially easier...We've had a brutal stretch, and we're in the middle of our worst-case scenario right now.
It's not about the wins or losses it's about the quality of play IMO. With our schedule an undefeated season would be hard to imagine. However a 45-16 defeat to Gawga was even more hard to believe possible. The level of play has not nearly mached the level of talent and this team is clearly under acheiving. I want to see this team play good fundamental football and improve each week. If they lose to a better team so be it, but at least show up and play up to your ability which has not happened in 3 games so far this year. This can still be a really good season but many things must change very soon. :geaux:
... The QB postion and the kicker were not the problems in this game. JR was ok but after the half he could not get anything going. The Xp's, I have never seen anything like this since highschool. We went for two alot. Ga. handed it to us today. Greene was hot all day. He made LSU pay for each mistake made.
