If you knew me you would know that the last thing I would do is play the race-card, but this case it is, to me, blantant... There were mutterings from the moment Willingham was hired... from one side saying "what the hell are we doing hiring a black guy" and from the other side saying "we only hired hte black guy so he can recruit black players"....
Surely you know there will always be "mutterings"... you always have the choice to join in or rise above. If you have decided that this is a "blatant" example' then others have the right to decide you are playing the race card... don't you think??? To me, suggesting that he was hired because he was black, then fired because he was black, makes little, if not odd, sense.
