    I say that merely because the former coach a 9-2 record his first year and was still put down... the ND alumni would never support a black coach, but Weis will get every benefit of the doubt...

    Yeah, St. Nick was in the first year of his extension when he bolted. Domers shouldn't be too excited about this. Besides, they're screwed if Weis isn't everything he's cracked up to be.
