Only the Presidential Determination No. 2009-15 of January 27, 2009 doesn't say that at all! You made it up. You will note that this has nothing to do with immigration on to refugee and migration issues. It says nothing about Hamas (there are also friendly Palestinian factions), nothing about "hundreds of thousands of people" and has no provisions whatsoever for "resettling in the United States". That's as close to complete and total bullchit as it comes, Huckleberry. Damn few. It simply doesn't say any of this outside of kookieland. That would be the "good"Palestinians, that we are counting on to continue dialog, not the "bad" Hamas Palestinians that only wish to kill Israelis. We want Fatah to win the civil war, obviously.
