So does the SEC suck? whats the deal? either we say that Auburn is a good team and we were fortunate to get away alive or we say that Auburn sucks even though they are one of the top teams in the SEC and we should all bow to the Pac-10... whats the answer?

Not one to argue with facts ... I'll present two

    #4 GA 23, Arkansas 20

    #1 USC 70, Arkansas 0

Not to mention ASU's skulldragging of LSU (until the 4th Qtr miracle 14 pts)

PAC-10 passing offenses score points ... it's that simple.

Why can't LSU score points when we have the speed and talent we do?

Draw your own conclusions. I ALREADY HAVE MY OWN!!! :yelwink2:

Dropped 14 pts on the turf vs. best defense in nation last year, returning most starters.

If you read enough boards and posts you will come to 2 conclusions:

    1. Every team in the nation is overated no matter how high or low they are rated.

    2. The word "overated" is the most over used term used by posters.

we'll see come bowl time. well, sort of. some teams dont come to play. but i'd bet on the whole we'll see sec defenses look really good (bob davie did have something meaningful to say). i discount the lsu/asu and auburn/ga tech games because they were so early. there are many other excuses too, but i guess all teams/conferences have them---lsu and uf new coaches. lsu, au, ut, new qbs. put a senior qb on lsu and it's #3 in the nation that will pass texas after seccg.

what i meant was that people keep saying "well, tennessee wasnt actually that good" and "alabama really isnt that good"... same for auburn... these are some of the top teams in the SEC... if they arent any good then apparently the SEC isnt any good... just responding to some of the comments after each game that "we should have killed *enter opponents name*"

LSU should win by 100 points each game.......if not well
we suck..........It's a shame no other teams have close games (like Alabama who is undefeated,or USC who is
undefeated, or Georgia who is undefeated).
Nope, LSU should kill all teams that they play, just like last
    year.............. :dis:

Perhaps Georgia's worst game vs. USCs best game ?

Shockley was out for most of the game. Several defensive starters out.

A true test will be the ability to bounce back against Florida.

If firing on all cylinders, Georgia can play with anyone, including USC.
